Do you know the ACSM and CDC recommendations for aerobic activity? You want to aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate, or 75 minutes of vigorous, aerobic activity per week. You could jog on a treadmill, go on a hike, play a game of pick up basketball or take a class such as dance fitness or indoor cycling. What’s your favorite way to get in the recommended amount of aerobic activity?
